Classic Charcoal Cooking with More Versatility

The generous 57 cm cooking area provides plenty of room for entertaining, with capacity to cook for approximately 6–8 people.

Its hinged, plated-steel cooking grate makes it easy to access and add charcoal during longer cooks without removing the entire grate. It’s also compatible with circular Weber GBS accessories, allowing you to expand the range of meals you can prepare.

Included Char-Rails help position and organise your charcoal, making it simple to create direct and indirect cooking zones.

Easy Temperature Control

Great charcoal cooking is all about controlling airflow. Adjustable dampers in both the bowl and lid allow you to regulate the airflow and cooking temperature to suit everything from hot and fast grilling through to low-and-slow barbecue.

The built-in lid thermometer lets you monitor the temperature without repeatedly lifting the lid and losing valuable heat.

Built for Outdoor Cooking

The porcelain-enamelled bowl and lid provide excellent heat retention while offering outstanding resistance to rust, scratching and peeling.

Heat-resistant handles make the barbecue comfortable to use, while two tool hooks built into the bowl handle provide a convenient place to keep your barbecue tools close at hand.

The Master-Touch also stands approximately 5 cm taller than standard Weber kettles, providing a comfortable cooking height. Three aluminium legs offer excellent corrosion resistance, while two durable all-weather wheels make it easy to move the barbecue around your outdoor area.

Convenient Tuck-Away Lid Holder

There’s no need to put a hot lid on the ground or find somewhere safe to place it. The integrated Tuck-Away Lid Holder allows the lid to sit securely alongside the bowl while you’re checking or turning food.

Simple Ash Clean-Up

Weber’s One-Touch cleaning system takes much of the hassle out of cleaning a charcoal barbecue. Moving the cleaning lever sweeps ash from the bottom of the bowl and into the enclosed, high-capacity ash catcher below.

Once you’re finished cooking, the ash can be contained and disposed of without the mess associated with an open ash tray.
